You will be greeted as you walk in. Food is typical diner fare, but very well prepared. Fresh baked muffins and cinnamon rolls every day, as well as a very imaginative daily special. Jeremy’s chili is literally award winning. Coffee is hot and fresh with refills always promptly offered.
It’s definitely the friendliest place in town. A small diner with a big heart.
Awesome place - exactly what I want in a diner. The owner Jason was super friendly and so was the cook. The breakfast quesadillas and biscuits and gravy were GREAT. We came here two days in a row and are def coming back next time we are in town.
If you are looking for a fresh, yummy breakfast, stop here. The staff is great, the vibe is fun and laid back, and they even make their own bacon from start to finish. They don’t advertise gluten free, but they typically have gluten free toast in the back. Try the cinnamon rolls or the avocado eggs Benny- you’ll be happy.
Great place! The food is only outdone by the friendliness of the staff.
With a packed house & a line out the door, they still managed to chat with patrons as the wielded coffee pots; delivered plates of delicious food like the Eggs Benedict I had, or ran the grill with a masterful hand & eye that is sure to impress anyone who has ever tried to even cook a 3 course meal, never mind, breakfast for somewhere between 40 to 50 people.
Their pancakes are the size of a dinner plate, the omelets are stuffed FULL! The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Step aside Golden Arches, THESE are the real deal! Oh, & bring your appetite, these things are huge! The biscuits & gravy are fantastic, I had those brought home to me at another time; the rest I watched being prepared in front of me as I sat at the counter. I haven't had one of their cinnamon buns; but I have it on good authority that they're incredible. I look forward to my next visit here as I saw they make their own Corned Beef hash. I can't wait!
Our visit to Katie’s was fantastic! Small place with big heart people! The food was delicious and my favorite was the grilled English muffins! Coffee was great too! We will definitely go back here! We had eggs, hash browns, grilled English muffins, pancakes, scrambled egg, toast and coffee! Yum!
Seemingly a basic greasy spoon breakfast joint, which it is, but the cook outperforms. Food is so delicious and it isn't just slapped carelessly on the plate. Pride is evident. Nice locals place as everyone seemed to know everyone. Who else makes their own bacon?
Katie's Kitchen was amazing. I love that most of the customers are locals and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The eggs benedicts were superbly done and the hashbrowns were perfection. Highly recommend to those looking for a great breakfast, hot coffee, and good conversation.
Had breakfast here today, the food was fantastic, I had scrambled egg, bacon and wheat toast. It was the tastiest breakfast I have eaten since being in USA. 😃. We had to for 30 mins for a table, but the wait was worth while. Service was brilliant and the food was cooked to perfection. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to any visitors to Wolfeboro.
